Mindful Movement with Miz Liz

Bring your children to Caprichos Books on November 12th for an exercise in stretching their bodies, hearts, and minds just as the townspeople of Stone Soup stretched their resources. Participants of any age can find benefit in the story and motions. Yoga mats not necessary but bring them if you've got them.  Ages 6-12
